An iconic project from 1995. Demolition works included the selective removal of old three and four storey buildings, the retention of the protected façades on Grafton Street, Duke Street and Duke Lane, the retention of a protected building on Duke Lane (while constructing a basement underneath) and the protection of retained buildings on Duke Street.
