Alta Verde Cross Avenue

The Alta Verde development off Cross Avenue, Blackrock will consist of 3 apartment blocks and basement. On completion, the development will deliver 244 apartments and 71 underground carpark spaces.
Hegarty Demolition Limited (HDL) were contracted by Lioncor to carry out the initial phase of the development works namely:

• Demolition of existing structures, site clearance and site enabling works
• Bulk excavation for foundations and basement
• RC construction of basement structure and podium slabs
• RC construction of ground level foundations and slabs
• Underground foul and surface water drainage
• Construction of attenuation tank, foul pump chamber, oil interceptor chamber
• Basement waterproofing
• Construction of double substation and landlord switch rooms
• Foundation design and installation of 3 tower cranes
