Our scope involved extensive demolitions and complex structural alterations to the existing blocks ahead of their redevelopment.
We carried out full soft strip, asbestos and façade removal.
The existing building cores were largely removed, which necessitated the installation of hydraulically jacked steel frames to support the remaining structure. This was done in tandem with major alterations to the façade where we removed many of the existing columns and prepared the slab edges and beams for new tie-ins.
